Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator; Systems include: servers, cloud infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, mostly in cloud.
Troubleshoot network and remote access connectivity problems.
Perform general system maintenance and support.
Ensure all client end support
Create and verify backups of data.
Watch over and maintain cloud infrastructure.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Review application logs
Regularly monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
Regularly monitor data security breach and take immediate action

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year
Additional Requirements
Good communication skill in English
Must have experience in the following area(s): System Engineer (Cloud infrastructure & System)
Good to have experience in the following business area(s):
Customer handling
Support service
Communication with 3rd party service providers
Skills Required:
Good communication in English both verbal and written.
Linux
Basic DevOps skills
Must have “can do” attitude
