Job Circular for Technical Support Engineer (Entry Level)
Mulytic.io is a fast-paced technology company headquartered in Munich, Germany with its branches in New York, USA and Dhaka, Bangladesh as operations hub. Our goal is to build next generation big data analytics solution for world’s top tier automotive companies, using the most cutting edge technologies. We also have big data analytics solutions in the energy sector related companies, including Automotive and Energy giants located in the EU.
The operations hub located in Dhaka is directly affiliated with Mulytic.io and responsible for all technical aspects of it.
Responsibilities
You want to be a part of the most organized Scrum team of the industry that employ articulated User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Sprints.
You are eager to contribute to the development of amazing software products and solutions for a number of European giants and become a global resource
You will be setting up and manage Unix based servers. (Don’t worry we will train you)
You are responsible for our modern and high efficient public cloud platform (again, don’t worry! You will be trained by top level technical gurus)
You will be managing AWS cloud services. (Required training will be provided)
If you are in an on-call schedule you will response if there is any incident to meet the SLA.
You will be super happy to keep system up and running (after training completion)
You must have a learning and super enthusiast mindset.
You have very good team working skills and excellent communication skills

Required Skills
We are looking for freshers, thus we will provide proper training on cloud infrastructure. Saying that, we are looking for some minimal requirements,
Basic understanding and fluency in unix based shells (bash is prefered)
Good communication skill in English is a must. Will have to deal with european customers, and more importantly, industry leaders.
Experience in unix based server management is a plus
Experience in managing cloud infrastructure is a plus
Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka
Salary: Starting 15,000 per month. (first 3 months, probationary period), Once proved to be full time, salary will be 20,000 per month.
