7.Must have to be skilled for below technologies -
Languages and Framework - OOPS PHP, Zend, Laravel, YII, CakePHP, Symphony, MVC (Candidates need clear working knowledge on at least 2 from above listed).
Platform - Magento, Joomla, Wordpress, Silverstripe, WooCommerce , Shopify, Bigcommerce, Umbraco, Drupal MVC (Candidates need clear working knowledge on at least 2 from above listed).
Frontend UI / UX - AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap, Foundation, SemanticUI, Modernizr, Vanilla JS (Candidates need clear working knowledge on at least 2 from above listed).
Database - MySQL (Both Independent and Cluster Node), Postgresql, Mongo, MSSQL (Candidates need clear working knowledge on at least 1 from above listed).

Software Architect, Team Leader (Software), Programmer/ Software Engineer, Web Developer/ Web Designer, UX Designer, UI Design, Software Development, HTML & CSS, Laravel, jQuery/PrototypeJs

Every 6 months we`ll review the salary for super performance holder.Performance Bonus and Profit Share will be available based on project scope, performance, importance and length.
